Anutha year has started with 2008 proving to be a great year for Da Ghetto Tymz and I owe it all to you! The buzz you've helped us create for DGT over the yearz have contributed to increased monthly visits and commentary to our articles, translating into extended dialogue within the Afrikan community, all again, thanks to you!

If you enjoyed the first two seasonz of DGTv, this season promises to deliver! Season 3 of DGTv is projected for a global launch next month, Friday, April 10th at 10:35am. We will begin global promotionz in the coming weeks. Scheduled Video Articles (VAs) are:

4) The Classified Origin of DC
Historian Anthony Browder has done an blacknificent job in showing the Afrikan connection to Washington, DC with his books and tourz of the city. Many are not aware of just how much this nationz capital has taken from the Motherland; many of whom would prefer you never to know. In honor of Browder's work, we unveil certain blueprints that have been deemed 'classified' by certain powerz that be.

Last year, we redefined the meaning of what a digital magazine is with the launch of Da Ghetto Tymz magazine's digital version, DGT Digital. Accessed via an online subscription, we were able to deliver an interactive magazine givin' you an experience like no otha!
This year, we are scheduled to release 5 editionz with more exclusive articles and def-defyin' designz. In addition, we'll be including video podcasts as well as premier inner-viewz from conscious artist's to historianz.

In 2007, I published my first book, 'Analitikul Cogitationz'. This summer we look to release the audiobook version of the the first part, "Deja Vu'". If you liked readin' it, wait 'til you hear it!!

• M'BWEBE ISHANGI'S NEW BOOK!
M'Bwebe's been hard at work writing his second book, to date untitled. He planz to have it complete by mid-Summer and out this fall. If you read the first part of 'Analitikul Cogitationz', "Deja Vu'", his second nonfiction volume will trek the depths guaranteed to water the palettes of metaphysicist's alike. The new site will debut this summer, stay tuned...

Last month marked the beginning of our websites 14th consecutive year online—btw, this April will be the magazine's 16th year! With that said, we have a lot of 'aged' content on our site. We've already updated our Current and R-Kyvz section and will be steadily updating these pages as well as an added comment function to new and classic articles. In addition, you will notice our continued pledge to keep the site updated with fresh designz and new content throughout the year.
